Withdrawals

Bonuses and Promotions

Any attempt to exploit or abuse promotions, such as using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings associated with such activity. We reserve the right to suspend or close any accounts involved in bonus abuse.

Prohibited Activities

Six6s reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to

  • Inactivity for a prolonged period.

Account Balance Upon Termination

In the event of account termination, any remaining funds in your account will be refunded to you, subject to applicable withdrawal policies.

Limitation of Liability

Six6s provides the Site and services “as is,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site or the outcomes of bets placed on it.

We will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred due to

  • Technical errors or downtime.
  • Any misuse or fraudulent activity related to your account.
  • Changes to odds for betting markets.
  • Force majeure events e.g., natural disasters, war, or other unforeseen events.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of jurisdiction Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in jurisdiction Bangladesh.

In case of any disputes, you agree to attempt resolution through alternative dispute resolution (ADR) before seeking legal recourse.

Amendments
